Information We Collect
When you call us, fill out a form, or book a service, we collect the details you share so we can help you. That includes your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of your water heater issue.
If you pay by card or another method, our payment processor handles your payment details. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. We may also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages you view.
How We Use Information
We use your information to schedule your service, send a technician to your home, provide an upfront price, complete the repair or replacement, and follow up on the work.
We also use your contact details to answer questions, send appointment reminders, and share updates about your service. With your permission, we may send occasional maintenance tips or offers that are relevant to your water heater.
